Please go to "Your Orders" page and select the "Request Pickup" button to create a new pickup request. You will need to provide the following information while raising a pickup request:
1. Pickup point
2. Expected packages
3. Pickup date (you can request a pickup for up to 7 days in advance)
4. Pickup Time Then click on "CREATE" button.
A unique Pickup Request ID will be created for the said pickup, which is visible on the right side of the screen.
If you see the message that "Auto Pickup is Enabled", you do not need to raise to pickup request, your pickup request will automatically generated.
If you want a regular pickup to be scheduled without creating a pickup request every day, Please drop us an email to your account manager with pickup address, pin code , phone number, account name and daily package count and total weight.
