Login to the client panel -> Wallet ->Refund-> Choose date range  & you will get the details of awb wise refund initiated transaction details. 

Login to the client panel -> Rate Calculator ->Fill up required details accordingly & it will show estimated  shipping cost.

Login into your account go to Profile section ->>click on Mange user->> Create child user as per your requirements.
